It was a relaxing 2 days but there wasnt much around the hotel.
Comfortable and clean rooms. We were able to check in early. Buffet breakfast was okay. It has a beautiful view over the Bay.
We would have liked more options for vegetarians and the food was expensive in the restaurant.

Literally the best hotel that I have ever been anywhere
I loved this hotel, you feel that you are in a five-star hotel.
The view of the ocean was breathtaking,
The lunch and dinner in the restaurant were just yummy.
The design of the room is super pretty and pragmatic.
The ceiling fan was awesome.
The value for money is incredible.
I felt the hotel was brand new. Not sure how old it is in reality.
The hotel area smells and feels good.
I don't recommend the cruise tour that you can register through the reception. Try another organiser yourself.
Most guests are from East Asia and the breakfast was like that too, however, I suggest maybe one or two non-Asian foods too. Like Middle eastern or Indian.

Nice hotel overall
Lovely hotel overall, location was very far from usual activities, at least 30 min walk into where the bars and restaurants are. Nice interior & bedrooms, very clean. Shop is close by for the necessities.
Location from amenities. Food in the hotel is very average.

Very peaceful place
Couldn't fault this hotel, had originally booked in for 1 night but extended to 3 nights. It's extremely quiet here. We went for dinner one evening and were the only people in the whole restaurant over the hour 7-8pm. There isn't much to do in the area. Pool area at the top is really nice and staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean. Only odd thing is that there were nearly more staff than staying in the people in the hotel which is probably reflective of the time of year. It was great for us though as service was so quick as was the WiFi Shower was great, nice selection for breakfast too.
Food in the restaurant was fine, a little bland but exactly what we needed having got food poisoning somewhere else a couple of days previous.

Beautiful hotel with a view
The size of the room was big, the view from balcony was amazing as it oversees the karst landscape.
The breakfast quality wasn't good. There was a sticker on one if the bread I took which surprised me. Also the massage standard at the spa was appalling - they put me and my friend in one room and my masseuse was speaking to the other masseuse throughout our massage, and she didn't even clean her hands after she massaged my feet and then started massaging my head..

Perfect stay in Halong. Would love to visit again. Highly recommended!
The staff was fantastic! We arrived early but they managed to get us an early check in. Extremely polite and helpful. The room was squeaky clean and very comfortable. Pool, spa and restaurant were really good. The breakfast spread was good and adequate for a vegetarian too.
Everything was nice.

Great hotel if you just want to chill.
Beautiful large room with sea views. Great selection for breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
Whether it was the time of year, November, but there we virtually saw nobody in the bar or around the pool area and at dinner we were one of two couples eating, so only ate there once. Also, the hotel didnt offer any day trips, just gave us a leaflet of places to eat and a couple of markets to visit.
