Very good

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We had a fantastic stay.

My husband and I absolutely loved the staff of Clarion Collection Hotel! They were sooo friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal! The location is also perfect for shopping and close to many fantastic restaurants.

The one thing I would say we didnt like about the property was that is was very outdated. For how much your spending a night we wouldve like something a little fancier for the rooms.

Fantastic hotel. Great location

The hotel is excellently located by the harbour and a short walk to town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a fantastic view over the harbour and we could see the northern lights. The sauna was free to use. Food was plentiful and eating gluten free was no problem at all

Delicious and cozy stay in central Troms

Central location to our activities, and easy to access public transportation. The food is also plentiful and delicious, which saved us a good deal of time and money by not having to go out for dinner.

There were large patches of ice around the property, but these are hard to avoid during the winter in Troms.

Wonderful hotel

Location was perfect to explore the city and walking distance from the day trip pick up points. The breakfast and dinner were great. Lovely having coffee and cake in the afternoon. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Big room, very comfy beds, great shower.

There was no storage in the room for clothes, no chest of drawers or wardrobe. Had to live out our suitcase which was odd considering how great the rest of the facilities were. Small negative in a huge list of positives.

Well recommended, brilliant location and excellent staffing.

A very nice hotel, located in the most perfect location for all the local site seeing. We were delayed getting to the hotel, but a quick phone call and they saved me two plates of dinner. The staff were very obliging and polite. If anything, the hotel is looking a bit tired but has a nice homely feel to despite this.

A bit tired and looking it's age. The gym was not brilliant, but then I am a gym goer so I would say that.
