    The breakfast was very good, the staff was very nice, the location was very convenient and the rooms had a great view
    There was a small misunderstanding. I booked a room for 3 nights in booking, and the hotel took out my luggage on the third day, because I only paid the room charge for the first two nights (the room charge for 2 days was automatically swiped by the card), but I did not pay the room charge for the third night, but no one reminded me to swipe the card again, but finally the staff solved the problem for us. We also checked into other rooms. So to remind all passengers of this situation, you can ask the staff about the payment of the room rate.

    The location is perfect, and the view was also very nice. Our family was happy with Ishavshotel in Troms. If I visit Troms again, I will stay at this hotel again.
    Basin was out of order, so we were so inconvenient during the stay. And we saw hair in the morning buffet every mornings(3days). We removed it ourselves, but my 12 years of daughter found a piece of plastic on her food. We informed it to the staff, but no one apologized to us. I hope your hotel more care of cleanliness and checks the foods to be served.
