    Perfectly located hotel in the centre for a fair price, welcoming staff, good food - well be back.
    Very spacious suite, huge bed with a very soft mattress, the sauna next to the bathroom was very good after long walks in the cold. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, also for me as a vegetarian. Location of the hotel is perfect, late checkout was possible without additional costs. All in all a very comfortable stay, well definitely come back.
    The staff was always very helpful and kind at breakfast. As new guests are constantly coming for breakfast, it would be great if the cutlery and serviettes were restocked more often. Although we had a big suite there was not enough space to put your clothes. There was a small dressing room with a long clothes rail, but only 6 hangers. We more or less lived out of a suitcase. A small wardrobe would be desirable.

    in overall we recommend the hotel.
    The location of the hotel is very good and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is served as open buffet with many varieties which is good.
    The fried and scrambled eggs, pancakes have been cold, the hotel can use warming plates for these ones. For further improvement in the rooms, it might be relevant to add hair conditioner in the shower.

    Location is perfect, close to every meeting point, which is super important under this cold weather. And the room is clean and comfortable.
    It takes time for the warm water to come.

    Hotel Lounge very small and lacked atmosphere, restaurant only had buffet options (no a-la-carte or snack menu for afternoon and dinner), no hotel bar

    Great location and I would happily stay again.
    Location, breakfast and room were great. The staff who worked in the breakfast restaurant were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is also very close to the where the various day trips/tours start/end, so theres no need to worry about transport.
    The staff (two different men) at the front desk were somewhat aloof and any questions seemed to be too much effort.

    Magical, wonderful break
    Very welcoming staff, hotel was very spacious and very warm and clean. Excellent breakfast, great location with a wonderful view 10 out of 10
    There is nothing at all to write here, there was nothing not to love

    Receotion staff, whilst they were enthusiastic with trying to answer questions, couldn't help with how to navigate the bus system adequately, we worked it out ourselves, eventually.

    -location was great close to everything by foot! -breakfast variation with almost everything !i didnt miss anything! and the hours very convenient considering early tours one may have booked. -room was clean, comfortable (the pillow wasnt to my liking but okay!) although a bit small..i guess it depends on the type of room you book. -staff was helpful and friendly! -liked the lobby and the coffee/tea included in the room
    -its a 4 star hotel, so i really think they should provide the basic necessities such as toiletries in the bathroom...i really missed those. -i traveled during Xmas and considering the hotel also knows half of the town restaurants are closed i was really disappointed they didnt have any lunch of dinner at the hotel. I understand staff needs holiday time too..but its a hotel...i found it extremely weird/inconvenient.
