    Slow check in, cold rooms (impossible to adjust the air con), shower not warm enough and low shower pressure, far from centre (although taxi booking and buses were pretty good), very bad food

    Excellent for a short time and superb staff but missing amenities for a longer stay
    Very new which showed with everything working perfectly and no chips or marks in anything we could notice. Room was very cosy and the bed comfortable. Ample parking for while we were here although it is chargeable (December into Jan for 4 nights) Location is extremely convenient. 5 minutes from the airport yet you dont notice any planes landing. And 5 minutes from the large underground carpark that serves Troms town centre. Very clean rooms and spaces around the hotel. No rubbish anywhere at all and the room cleaned to a great standard. Only point for me here is that we didnt seem to get our towels changed during our stay and we tried leaving them in different places etc. Staff. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and polite. Huge plus point for this hotel for sure.

    Missing amenities for a longer stay. For us we were here for 4 nights and noticed a few things that in similar hotels youd expect. In the room we had no safe, wardrobe or draws, shaver charging point, mini-fridge or phone to contact reception. If you require another pillow or wanted to ask for a robe etc (not in the room) you have to go to the 11th floor where reception is located. It didnt really impact our stay but would be an instant extra star for me to have at least a bit more storage, a mini-fridge and a safe. Walls seem very thin. A weird one but we were a good 10 rooms away from the elevator and could easily hear it through the night.

    Close proximity to airport Guest lounge area is spacious, cosy and comfortable Snack menu - chicken wings were nice
    The male staff who checked me in was friendly and nice. Other than him, the other service was mediocre. It was very similar vibe when I stayed at Nashville moxy so could be an Organizational culture. This felt like the version of Mariott to appeal to younger travellers where its mostly self service but the price point isnt cheap though service is alike hostel level. Advice to fellow travellers- do not book the room with sea view during winter season as you cant see much. Suggest to allow flexibility: I requested to pay extra for half day stay because my cruise was 1 am and was rejected even though there were additional rooms.

    The hotel was newly built so all new facilities. Also, amazing views at the reception on level 11.
    This is my 6th time to Norway and i have stayed at different boutique and big brand hotels all over Norway. I would not consider this Norwegian hospitality from the staff at all. Only the one staff who checked me in was friendly. The luggage storage services was ridiculous for the amount of people that needed the service. There was no lockers left available and because of this, i had to miss my tours for that day as i had no where to store it. The receptionist wasnt that helpful just pointing to use the lockers and asking to check if any is available. Missing out on a full day of tours and seeing beautiful Troms because of poor luggage storage facilites was really unpleasant and costly. I would have booked another hotel in the city had i know about this. Also, maybe it was the busy christmas period but the availability of food at the hotel changes. Sometimes it would start at 1pm or 2pm.

    The reception staff were very kind and patient..They did their best in whatever way possible. The sky bar was gud with amazing views.
    No kettle, no fridge, barely any options for vegetarians. all that was there was burger ( which was tasty) and nachos. Breakfast was very basic and the toaster took ages. There were no yogurt pots or anything much for vegetarians. The milk they had was very diluted. The heating was too hot in the room and there were no instructions.

    Nice hotel. Very nice view from reception. Good location, near airport, shops near the hotel. There is bus to and from airport, stops near hotel, you can buy ticket with card.
    Shower water was only middle warm.
