Mediocre customer service/We will never stay there ever again.

The location of the premises (hotel location)

The front desk staff was very rude, the cleanliness was poor, appliances not working, pull out sofa bed broken, never replaced, dirty sheets, dirty floors, the only positive thing was the maintenance crew very good and attentive, upper management was brutal. Never delivered.

Stay that exceeded our expectations, and allowed us to enjoy the parks, which are very close.

We enjoyed the security of the condominium, the state of conservation of the house, the facilities available, the comfort of the beds and bathrooms.

We had a setback for opening the main door, but everything was resolved with time and patience.

Good location, jacuzzi was nice, spacious.

Floors were noisy, bed wasnt comfortable. When asking for more blankets, none were available that night. Jacuzzi wasnt usable the first day we got there, needed to change the water the next day.

Clean rooms, no musty smell. Outdoor seating was great

It was a self serve resort. So we had to bring in dishwasher pods, etc after first use. As a tourist it's difficult to find such in small amounts

A Mixed Experience at Regal Oaks Resort, Kissimmee

Our stay at Regal Oaks Resort in Kissimmee had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the house was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for a comfortable stay. The location proved to be quite convenient, and the surrounding environment was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere.

The downside was evident in the cleanliness of the house, which fell short of expectations and left it feeling a bit snug. Additionally, the age of the homes was noticeable. While attempts were made to modernize certain elements, the overall result was not entirely successful. The aging infrastructure was apparent, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive renovation. In summary, our experience was okay, with the standout features being the spaciousness of the house and the tranquil surroundings. Nevertheless, for Regal Oaks Resort to remain competitive, a thorough renovation of the houses is imperative to achieve a more modern and appealing aesthetic.
