    Great rooms in a central location perfect for a getaway
    The space was large and comfortable with great beds and full amenities in the kitchen. All the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially DeeDee! The pool was great and our room was right next to it. I would absolutely stay here again.
    Really cant complain. If I had to, it would be that parking fills up fast especially if you get in late you may have to walk really far.

    Would love to go back and stay again.
    Loved the 2 bedroom suites, location was good, close by but not quite in all the traffic and noise of the "downtown" area off Alii Drive. Loved the Mahalo Party, Joy is so beautiful.
    I didn't like having to pay extra for the streaming internet service. It should just be included, especially for the prices paid

    Dated Time Share Property with minimally stocked Old Kitchens in great location
    Location & swimming pools.
    Despite the fact that I told the check in person twice that my extended family has a house in Kona where we usually stay, she kept trying to push the sale of a time share unit. These units are dated and in need of a remodel before they are in any condition for sale-especially the kitchens! The dishwasher was improperly installed so it sticks out very far from the facade of the cabinets and operates like it was Jimmy-rigged in place. Two of the recessed lights in the family lounge room were not functioning, we were ok, but for this daily rate, they should have been working. A dirty, used pacifier from a previous guest was found under the claw foot tub in on plain sight in the primary bath. Our 7 year old pointed it out when we walked in. I have been a hospitality interior designer for 20 years, including the remodel of several Wyndham properties -if this was my project I would have sent photos of this to their corporate office in Orlando to suggest its renovation as a priority. Beware of their promotion of time share sales events, and if you are interested ask them if they have any newly remodeled units you can see and if those are for sale.
