    The reception girl was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, decent breakfast.
    The booking.com says 2 bedroom apt, but it's misleading because no such rooms exists in this hotel, it's a 2 double bed and a sofa suite. Aso, no free parking, I was charged $10.00 for 1 night parking.

    Staff members put on an early breakfast for all the athletes and family before they headed down to the Ironman world championship race. Yes at 4.30 am the buffet was full of all the great food they had been serving all week. They went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated. So much kindness
    It was a very busy time during our stay so sometimes the rooms might not have had clean towels left. We just needed to go get them and staff were very apologetic

    Comfortable bed, walk-in shower.
    Maid didn't take wet towels or leave enough clean ones. Left melted ice in ice bucket. The worst was that the shades only covered about 2/3 of the window. The drapes don't close so I had to use a hanger with clips to have any privacy. The neighboring restaurant or bar was very noisy so hard to get to sleep.

    Overall an excellent stay, we will definitely stay again on our next trip.
    We were there for a Kona Ironman, ideal proximity to the event. Breakfasts were basic but good and done well. Room was quite spacious, plenty of storage and super clean. Great shower and bathroom in general.
    Hard to fault anything to be honest, perhaps the fact that the pancake machine wasnt working at all during our stay

    Great location - keep an eye out if you need a stay during Ironman
    Great location in the middle of Kona, convenient with parking around the building available for free. We were in Kona in the week of the Ironman for two nights and we appreciated the possibility to join in on the festivities around the competition thanks to the great location. The room was big (king suite was the only room left when we booked, so possibly regular rooms will be smaller) and well equipped.
    The complimentary breakfast is not worth the name. It is a nightmare come true for anybody with a prejudice about bad US food habits. No fruits or regular yogurt available, everything offered was fatty and/or full of sugar. Considering what we paid for the room, this breakfast is just not good. Nice coffee shops with fresh and healthy options close by (but of course at additional costs).
