    Convenient and comfortable
    This condo is located just across the street from several restaurants, quiet, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped for easy use for those who want to make their own meals. It even included noodles and boogie boards for beach activities.
    It was difficult to find in the dark. When secured via Booking, the management missed our reservation. We were given a room, but were a bit nervous.

    Great location, lovely unit with everything you need! The kitchen was appreciated after a couple of weeks in hotels!
    The residents upstairs were quite heavy footed and woke us up some nights and mornings. It didnt bother us too much though, we would stay again.

    We had fun, weather was great
    Walking distance to down town kona
    The billfisher facility is somewhat run down. Kona is getting plenty of homeless vagrant people along its water front. Pot smoke is common along with mumbling and sometimes yelling wondering street people. We even saw a nude middle age woman who was high on drugs. I wrote a message to the town mayor warning about the problem

    Centrally located spacious apartment in Kona!
    Overall great and spacious apartment, centrally located in Kona within walking distance to many restaurants and a few beaches. Full kitchen and balcony overlooking the pool. Good building amenities, such as pool, outdoor spaces and parking.

    Close location to Alii drive. Having a full kitchen and one bed room was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.
    10:00 am is a little early. The parking is very limited.

    Excellent apartment; great value for money
    Excellent hotel/apartment at a great location. Very good and fast wifi. Well equipped kitchen block and plenty of space.
    The sofa bed was very squeaky. Mattress was ok but with every turn the noise was horrible.
