Location. The grounds were beautiful and clean.

We were put in the renovation building. It felt abandoned. It was not a good feeling. There was a bit of homelessness in the area which began to get aggressive.

Stay itself was decent but these above experiences made us sad and disappointed.

We stayed one night. I accidentally dropped my purse which I had just received as Christmas gift with $$ by the salt lagoon and realized an hour later and came looking for it it was gone.

I called security several times and front desk over next 3 days but couldnt find it. I just wish they could have done more by looking at cameras. Very nice facility and staff but a little disappointed that they didnt actively try to help. We did get also one bed at first though we had booked 2 they moved us and second room had a leak from ceiling in bathroom but they did fix it promptly.

The room was good, the bed was very confortable and clean. We had a problem with the WC and I informed the reception and they fixed very fast. The view was OK. The location was good. The Staff was nice.

I found the price for th hotel expensive for the activities that they were offering. The room was clean, but the Staff cleaning the room, I don't know if she was always the same, was putting my pijamas in a different place, but never in the bed, where it should be. Once it appeared on the floor behind the sofa, another day on top of the phone. I even left a note on the pillow to tell her.

Great location in town. Kona was in a sold-out situation during our trip and this was among the only properties available.

Property and Rooms are dated, furniture/beds in desperate need of upgrades....especially with the high nightly rates even for the Lagoon Tower. Parking is extra. Resort Fees extra. There is exterior renovations underway but it doesn't seem like there are any plans for interior upgrades.
