Location. The shower was awesome

Bedside table lamp outlets did no work so had to charge phone across room at night. Also no place in bathroom to hang towels or washcloths

Location was good. Near the mall and activities.

Don't stay at this hotel unless you want your trash gone through and locked out of your room when you return for the night..It's a non smoking hotel. So don't clean your purse out if your a smoker don't throw any type of smoking products in the trash. They go through your trash and if they see something they lock you out of your room with all your stuff still in the room. You have to go to the front desk and not knowing what's going on get A rude employee at the desk. Threatening to keep your deposit because they found cigarette buts in the trash and a cigarette pack. Not smoke or smell of cigarettes but Cigarette buts and packs in the trash!!!!!!! Than you just tell the person at the desk you'll speak with management in the morning. Walk away and than you here the employee trashing you to a gentleman on the couch who was also staying at the hotel. So you turn around and ask what the problem is and The lady wants to argue. She was a joke and very unprofessional. The hotel it's self is great. Good location. Was having a good.time. Until I threw my trash from my purse in their precious trash can. What a joke!!! Gonna dig through the trash to find something on their Customer's!!! Pathetic!

Don't get a room near the elevator

Helpful staff that helped make things better

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for. We stayed two nights. The first night we were in the room across from the elevators on the first floor. We heard everything that happened, all night. Every conversation, every suitcase rolling across the tile floor, every button ding. We didn't sleep because there was no soundproofing and the noise was awful! And the room itself seemed worn down and old. We told the staff about it in the morning, and the guy at the desk was helpful in getting us a new room, on the second floor far away from the elevator. The second night was much quieter and we actually slept. Second room was a bit cleaner and the bathroom didn't look as worn down. The chairs in the lobby used to be white or light tan, but now they show all the stains and dirt. The breakfast is ok to fill you up, but it's just a lot of gluten and meat.
