    The location is perfect for my needs. The staff has been personable, and I have always felt comfortable there. The rooms are being refurbished, and are pretty nice. Im usually there twice a year for several days each visit.
    Need new elevator they have for years. Only one functioning at present, and it is very slow.

    Well when I tried to check in Denise who was working the front desk was very rude!! I booked through booking.com so the deposit I had cash and asked if I could pay with cash. So she called her manager to ask if I could pay with cash so when I asked to speak to her manager she hung up the phone and had an attitude. So I called hyatt reservations and I was on the phone with them so they experience the whole situation!!! The lady from hyatt reservations tried to talk to Mrs. Denise but she wouldn't talk to them, even when asked to put mrs. Denise on the phone she stated that I'm not talking to them!! She was rude and very unprofessional!! So when I tried to present my card and driver license she would not take it and let me check in. Mrs.Denise then proceeded to call 911 on me and call the cops for no reason!!! Hyatt reservations recorded the whole incident and filled a complaint on Mrs.Denise!! I felt very disrespected because she was very racist on the phone and called the cops on me for no reason I was just trying to check in after visiting my mom for the Christmas holidays!! I would like a full refund since I was not able to check in and will be calling corporate the first chance I get!!! Yall will be hearing from my attorney as well!!!

    Not good. The TV and the construction going on made it a bad stay.
    Breakfast was good. The staff was good.
    The TV had an issue with the volume control and wouldn't go under 50 dcb. This made watching TV basically unbearable and would have annoyed the neighbors. The bathroom was very tiny. Clean; but tiny. You can tell at one point this was a top-tier property; but it has fallen off over the years. To their credit and my disbelief; the construction going on was very aparent and noticeable.
