    Location and hotel are excellent but dont expect anything from the staff.
    The hotel is in a Great location and its new. Room was really nice.
    They didnt offer Daily room service, and you could tell some areas werent clean. What made our stay disappointing was the bad service at the Starbucks and the terrible Vallet parking service that took so long. The person in charge apologized but never did anything to solve the problems.

    Horrible experience. Do not go here. I have mold intoxication and rashes.
    Nothing.
    Moldy rooms, rude staff, false accusations against us, stains on couches. Toilet leaks, toilet running constantly. Management late and made us miss flight.
