Front Desk Customer Service was my favorite part of my stay.
service was amazing. They were stressed because of a water main issue, but my positive attitude only brought them back to smiles!! They were extremely accommodating and friendly.

It was a short but pleasant one night stay in Richmond.
Quiet atmosphere with nearby places to casually dine. The front door staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location is walking distance to the Amtrak train station.
The hours for the on location restaurant were not convenient.

Room was very dusty! Had to change my outfit from rubbing against the closet door covered in dust. Have to have a membership or pay for WiFi its not included in your stay.
