Disappointed.

I liked the gym and spa facilifies

I was told my neighbour had complained as my 3 year old was crying. As a parent this is already stressful i dont need staff knocking on my door at 10pm beinh told to calm my child down which i was trying to do.

Very good

A lovely break with family

Liked that there was a pool, car park and the entrance lobby is beautiful as is the restaurant. Breakfast was great and staff a credit to the company.

The pool was temperature was absolutely Baltic, my children were shivering. A shame as thats why we had booked the hotel. If the pool was warmer wed have spent more time there.

Nice new year break

Easy check-in very efficient reception staff , nice, clean, and comfy bedrooms Very helpful and attentive staff in the restaurant and bar ,good choice for breakfast ,great location

May need to include instructions for TV remote
