Disappointed.

I liked the gym and spa facilifies

I was told my neighbour had complained as my 3 year old was crying. As a parent this is already stressful i dont need staff knocking on my door at 10pm beinh told to calm my child down which i was trying to do.

A lovely break with family

Liked that there was a pool, car park and the entrance lobby is beautiful as is the restaurant. Breakfast was great and staff a credit to the company.

The pool was temperature was absolutely Baltic, my children were shivering. A shame as thats why we had booked the hotel. If the pool was warmer wed have spent more time there.

Room was dirty no bathrobes or slippers had to ask for them on arrival and the next day they took them away even we were staying another night and also took the towels away and did not replenish, pool not as expected at all

Perfect for a short stay but improvements needed

Reception area was lovely and check in process was really good. Rooms where nice

Lifts are very small, bathroom grouting was mouldy, swimming pool was absolutely freezing and needs to be heated

Ideal for business stay but not celebrations.

The staff were friendly and positive. The location was excellent and very close to the city center. The breakfast was rally good.

We travelled for the New Years Eve and it was planned to have celebration dinner on 31st but unfortunatelly without any notice the hotel decided to cancel the celebration and we were left with obly a plane dinner and restaurant taking orders till 10pm and no DJ. The rooms were not sparkling clean.
