Passable

We have been using the hotel for short breaks for years.since children were little. They are now 9 and 13

I was so disappointed with the facilities.sauna was out of order. Jacuzzi was also out of order. It would have been nice to have been told in advance so we can make a decision about whether to still come or cancel. Cleanliness is on the decline as well especially around d the pool area. One lift was out of order.with all this the prize was still the same.very disappointed.

Amazing staff, really comfy and spacious rooms

The actual hotel is really nice but every single staff from the bar workers, desk ladies and house keeping was very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Ive never had it this good in a hotel before
