The hotel's location near Derby's town center offered views of the cathedral and St Mary's church. Despite lukewarm breakfast, guests still found the hotel to be a great choice for future stays.

    Stayed for 2 nights, room wasnt cleaned on 2nd day, was told the cleaners were too busy.

    Good location, good breakfast, clean, comfortable
    I had to get security to remove a woman collapsed drunk outside my room this really upset and frightened my 80 yr old father and mother. There was constant shouting and argueing until around 4am the next morning and i only got 4 hrs sleep. My arents were absolutely exhausted and we had to return to luton early. I was told i would be refunded 50 per room and have still not recieved this
