Keys repeatedly didn't work; guests in rooms close by were loud until 5 am the one night and security did not stop them!

Disappointing.

Liked the cookies, but had to pay for breakfast.

Got a handicap room with a DOUBLE bed for two people. Claimed they didnt even have queen beds.

Poor

Stay at a different DoubleTree in Denver.

Doubletree historically has great value.

Location for parking doesnt give a safe feeling considering guests pay to park at the property, toilet was clogged and the best solution was to wait for the dayshift maintenance to come in the morning, 2 TV remotes didnt work, grounds werent shoveled of snow

Pretty much everything closed

The location was close to where I needed to be.

There should be some notification of: POOL CLOSED, HOT TUB CLOSED AND FITNESS CLOSED. Restaurant on Friday CLOSED during the lunch hour. It was only ok to sleep. Disappointed to say the least for the price paid.

More expensive than necessary.

The Hotel lobby was impressive and the rooms large enough & just what you would expect. There was a bar & limited menu restaurant downstairs.

The location was no better than the Hotel we stayed in 4 nights before but the price was considerably more. I also felt like they were nickeling & diming me. Pay for parking in an ordinary outdoor lot, if there was a room ready before 4pm, I could check in for an additional $25. Reservation accidently made in my wife's name (same last name & address as myself), I was not allowed to check in, had to get my wife out of the waiting car.

Half of building was updated but not other half

Online it said pool would be closed until end of August. Its October and it still is off limits. I felt lied to.

Superb

I enjoyed the stay at the Doubletree in Denver.

The corner room was big. The location was good. Service and staff pleasant. They did have a Starbucks on site which one nice. The restaurant on site Knife & Board was a served a great breakfast and was very reasonable.

Very small elevations but they had a lot of them so the wait wasnt long. Small bathroom and Television. My refrigerator didnt work.
