Friendly front employees in the reception but poor service in back office admin accounts

Thank you to receptionist Jenica and Ali they are both very friendly and helpful to guest very professional and responsive

When we check in to the apartment it is not as it seems in the photos smelly old and dusty we supposed to check in for 15 days from October 17 to November 1, 2023 but didn't like it just inform the hotel we move out and stay in another hotel near by we still didn't get the refund amount up to now hopefully booking.com will help us for cash back as the accountant in the apartment keep promising to us and nothing has been transferred to our account

Disappointing Hotel Experience

Location

We recently stayed at a hotel that didn't meet our expectations. The building was old and needed some updates. The cleanliness of the place could have been better, and several appliances were not working properly. The furniture in our room was in poor condition, and the internet only worked in one area, with a weak connection. The bed was uncomfortable, and it was a noisy environment. Everything was dirty. We had planned to stay for multiple nights, but we left after the first night. When we asked for a refund for the remaining nights, the hotel initially refused. However, Booking.com helped us get a refund for the unused nights, and the hotel sent an apology email. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of its condition and the issues we experienced. The only positive was Booking.com's help with the refund. If you're looking for a place to stay, it might be better to consider other options.

All the staffs were helpful, specially Ms. Jessica (housekeeping supervisor) and Ms. Ansu (receptionist). They were both amazing. The location was accessable ti all the thins we need, shops, eatery, mall and many more.
