The reception staff are very helpful and wonderful. I always get a room upgrade. The hotel has a great location. The rooms are clean. Great stay. Very suitable for families. In this hotel you feel at home. I thank everyone for the good reception.

Disappointing

Comfy but it became annoying unfortunately

I liked the bed it was lovely, With its Tv although I wished it was bigger and it could have a stand, the bathroom also its nice, the staff were lovely.

I didnt like the stay there at that time, because I was trying to sleep since Ive came in, from 12~1 pm till 3:30 pm there was noise above me, on going maintenance it seems like, suddenly they make high noise and many, I contacted the receptionist and asked them if they could do on another time, they assured me that they going to contact the managers, but nothing changed I wasnt so comfortable staying there, I dont understand why they gave me a room thats below that room were maintenance was going, when they could give me somewhere far, Im actually unsatisfied with my stay, I hope they take care of such thing cause it made me check out earlier than I planned. Best regards

Very quite, cleaned, suitable for family, parking availability

The apartment floor can make u easy fall down if u didnt take care, there was no slippers no towels, no coffee or sugar or team even small bottles water was not there. My kid got thirsty early morning and i used to ho and buy due to mo water in the apartment

Superb

We stayed in a lovely little apartment on the 9th floor. The view out of the bedroom window was very cool! It was quiet at night and everything was clean. The washing machine worked well and the staff we very friendly! They helped us order a taxi to the airport and also print something off. Thank you!

Couldnt get the internet to be fully stable- but they did send someone to take a look at it which was helpful!
