Pleasant

I would not visit this Resort in the future, nicer venues for the same cost.

Breakfast is the same every day and not suitable for those who stay for a long period. Reception Staff were excellent and helpful.

The place and maintenance look very tired and in need of general TLC. In general staff not very friendly.

The spa on the property seemed to be closed all the time and when they eventually called back, they did not have people to do treatments. This may however be a 3rd party on the property, but not sure

Exceptional

Peaceful, neat and clean.

They could do with some renovations to their rooms and pools. Their spa is terrible, our therapists left us in severe pain, their techniques need to be improved and their finger nails need to be cut as we ended up with scratches.
