    Value for money.
    Breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. You can set the temperature in the room according to your preferences. Hotel is 5 Min drive to the center of Annecy.
    The decoration was warm and cosy but the general infrastructure was old.

    In general quite nice. The best choice within my budget that I can find during Christmas season.
    The room is very cozy.
    The location is a little bit far away from Annecy city center. So it will be good if you get a bus day ticket.

    comfortable dog friendly hotel with spacious private parking lot
    we selected this hotel as we wanted to visit Annecy. This is a dog friendly hotel with a good size area to walk the dogs. It has a spacious private parking lot (included in the price). the room was nig enough to accommodate two people and one big dog
    We stayed during a hot summer day, the air conditioned did not really cool the room, regardless of what the set up was. The bathroom was very small

    The worst experience in the last 15 years
    Breakfast ok , good quality products, the host ask us to clean the table and put the plates in the lavatory. I intented to ask if I could help in the garden or clean the parking. It never happened to me before such a demand. Coffee machine doesn't work at all, no coffee
    Far away from the center 25 euro a cab or 15 minutes by car. The room is a night mare, is the smalest room I've ever seen. The furniture is not just old, not vintage but from other times and in a strange style. An old sky hooked in the wall to keep the clothes ?!?? The common spaces are not by far clean. In the room just a small tv and awfull beds. This is not a 3 star, not even the worst. It is a bad 2 stars, a hostel or anything else. To understand better, we have payed 2 nights but we went to Besancon the next morning to stop the worst dream.This hotel must be eliminated from booking.com, is more like a trap.
