Could have been better.

Was fine

The room for my son and family would not open, I had to go back and forth to reception and finally the room was changed, my grandchildren were very tired, also I was very tired. Also the pool was closed for renovations.

Very poor

I have stayed at other Hampton Inns that were definitely better than this one.

Our original room didn't have working heat, so had to switch rooms. The other room in our booking, the toilet stopped working, so they had to switch rooms as well.

Excellent

The pillows and free coffee. The gym is nice too.

The trash cans in the rooms are tinyespecially if the cleaning staff dont empty them daily.

Very good

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast - better than most low cost motels.

We could not get help making our television work the first night. I believe there was only one person at the checkin desk.

Look out from high charge for pets

The room was nice and comfy. The staff was nice.

They charged me an extra 50 $ for one night for our service dog without notifying us. I realized it at home when I looked at my innovice. most places charge 25-25$ and ask for permission for the extra charge. The breakfast could use non-dairy milk.
