    Where to even start .....smiles on arrival ,just what you need to see after a delayed flight! Efficient I was booked in and given my keys to get me on my way,great customer service.... I get to my room where I spend the next 4 days .... bliss clean tidy , massive bed so soft and comfy. Going down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and joy. Great selection of food and drinks ..... location was great , walking distance to anywhere or just a short Uber ride. The team made me love Rochester even more . Thank you to you all. I had the best Christmas Eve experience.

    Decent hotel but not as great as it used to be years ago
    Really appreciate hot beverages accessible 24/7, and good assortment.
    Morning breakfast both days ran out of coffee and took a long time to refill it, we went across the street to get coffees instead. Food also ran out after 9am and was slow to being refilled as well. Pull out in king suite not comfortable, our young kids complained and squeezed into our king bed Water bottles were not offered at check in. No sign to ask for complimentary ones, we knew from prev Trips to ask. Pool water too cold

    Okay stay but wasnt nice accidently going against me dietary preferences
    Decent and clean rooms
    The eggs served at breakfast had bits of pork in it. There was no clear indication on the sign that it the eggs had meat. Typically hotels try to keep eggs without meat so that people of all dietary preferences can eat it. Was super disappointed at this lack of basic decorum.

    I would stay there again.
    The property was clean, the staff was polite and the breakfast was pretty good most days. The property is not as ghetto as the property in Greece, NY.

    The woman working the breakfast room could have used some competent help. She was really working hard trying to keep up with demand while the people in the back part of the kitchen seemed to be new to the job and not all that helpful.
    I didn't like that I was charged once by booking.com in July and again while we stayed there in August. I will be trying to sort this out.

    Convenient suburban location near lots of shopping and restaurants and RIT
    Convenient location to RIT. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The pool was clean and refreshing. Plenty of parking.
    There was a very noisy commercial AC unit on the roof above us. We were on the 4th floor and we could hear and feel the vibrations.

    Full service hotel with clean rooms and pleasant staff.
    Clean and efficient, staff was very helpful and pleasant.
    The surrounding area around the hotel is not very pleasant. Its an area in transition from old businesses to new ones.

    Great location for RIT.
    No sidewalks so hard to go anywhere unless driving. Coffee maker had a thick layer of dust on top of it.
