Very dated, dingy and a bit dirty. Found remnants of Cheetos on the carpet in our room right in the middle of the floor. There was also tears in the runner in the bed, but worse was the large hole in the wall near the tub in the bathroom.

Basically all employees at Harveys to Harrahs were just extremely rude for no apparent reason.

Our hotel was $177 a night. 1 bathroom had a dented towel rack, wall paper coming off, no microwave and housekeeping didnt check the refrigerator which had water and salsa left in there. We asked for towels and we never got them. Pool water not warm, ppl smoking on our floor and the by desk and bell desk never answered when I called.

NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE WEEKEND !
Location, bed, size of room
Our room had no hot water the whole weekend to take a bath, a shower, or sanitize our hands. The indoor heated pool was cold due to boiler issues. The restaurants close early. We had trouble accessing our room with faulty key cards. Absolutely no live customer service to talk to while in hotel to help solve problems. Used phone in room and got voicemail for front desk. Used house phone in hallway and got central phone center in another country that transferred me to the front desk that didnt answer. This was probably one of the worst experiences in a hotel with no hot water.

reception staff was great welcoming. departure staff after showing pictures of the condition of the room and facilities and the non working conditions was more open to having me speak with the morning front desk manager
hotel is dated. staff tries to do its best with aging and property not properly maintained.
booking dot com has a come on price that does not explicitly show the added fees such as parking and "resort fees" for wifi and gym. i will pay for what i use, nothing is free. but i was going to be charged for the wifi and gym which i never used. i have my own business hot spot. departure staff insisted that i must pay, but i refused. she then left the account open until i spoke with the front desk supervisor. front desk supervisor, understood and said she would remove the "resort fee." I have not confirmed the removal of the charge and will allow my Accounting Staff to review.
with added on non disclosed fee at the time of original booking......it is very misleading and if i knew this was the case I would have NEVER booked.
this is the first time that booking dot com failed me.

Overall, stay was fine but could have been better with taking care of customer requests.
Location was good; View of lake was nice; dinner at Fridays was good.
Lack of service for extra towels and no room cleaning. Staff messed up on delivery of Anniversary gift; delivered to wrong room.
