The hotel has a helpful concierge and is s (Read More)urrounded by restaurants and amenities. Guests can enjoy the gym, outdoor pool, and hot tub area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is central and walkable to various attractions. However, there were some issues with front desk service and noise from the nearby village. Overall, it is a good value for money.

    overrated, overpriced.
    good location but $35/day for parking - ridiculous! Also, was told room wasn't ready, even thought we booked a month in advance and had requested early check in. Check in is at 3, we showed up at 530 and room still isn't ready? I even messaged them an hour or so before check in to say I was having dinner across the street and would be there soon.

    Stayed for Anniversary & the lodge had wonderful facilities.
    Great location, walking distance to casinos, restaurants, shops. Good breakfast & dinner within the lodge.
    Some updating in the bathrooms.

    Pretty INCREDIBLE!!!
    Location is The Best!!! Customer service was The Best!!! Pool and restaurants are The Best!!! Not a lot of snow, but still rode Heavenly gondola up the Mountain for The Gorgeous views! Absolutely GORGEOUS!
