Harvey has a great location and many close activities for families. My family enjoyed the arcades and the pool. The property is walking distance to Heavenly Gondola and Village. There are many options for food and activities close by. I also liked the fact that they are dog friendly and has coin operated laundry!
No house keeping/cleaning service. We stayed for 5 days and not a single housekeeping. We had to ask for towels, empty our garbage, shampoo/shower gel and etc. I called housekeeping 2x in which the first time they informed me they clean 2-3 days after stay. 3 days later our hotel was still not cleaned and the staff said because we are checking out the next day which is our 5th day. We are very disappointed about that. Also, the rooms need update. The mattresses were hard spring which made sleeping uncomfortable. The HVAC probably needs maintenance and change of filters as it left us all c clogged up from dust. The light in the entrance was broken and left unfixed.

Great location, decent rooms for the price! The casino is always fun and I do feel like its a lucky one!
The price could be a little less expensive. And the beds are a little stiff. But other wise its a great time!

Hell's Kitchen restaurant was fabulous!
First time to Tahoe and completely expected something more high end or at least lively. Completely on me for not researching further. This place must have been GREAT in the 70's and 80's. I'm sure we were there at a slow period but the casinos were Zombie caves sparsely populated and NO table games open. Just happy it was a pass through stay and not our actual destination. Tahoe itself is strikingly beautiful but the strip of just inside Nevada stateline really needs a facelift.

The only enjoyment really was watching the raiders game at Bally's and having breakfast there.
When booking room asked for extra towels coffee cream sugar never received them through my whole stay. Also asked at Harrahs. When booking through booking.com ask for rooms to be together rooms were not. I have also called Harris and texted them to please put rooms together due to mother being disabled and needed to be closer to her. when I got to Harrah's and I was not the only one there was other people in line are rooms were given to special guest before booking.com so my rooms were apart. I am disabled in a wheelchair your wheelchair lift was broke was reported was never fixed the two days I was there. I felt like going through booking.com you guys at Harrah's didn't really care about the people only the personal guest at check in is what I noticed.
