    Good stay, nice location, wanted to stay longer.
    Nice location. Very nice couple running the place.
    A little worn around the edges. We did not travel with towels but only needed to ask for them after we arrived.

    A lovely quiet place to spend a few days.
    It was clean and comfortable and being met by the owner on arrival for him to explain everything was greatly appreciated. The outlook across the paddock to the hills was beautiful.

    Excellent property.
    The cottage is in an excellent location. It is comfortable and superb value for money. The bathroom and bedrooms are old fashioned but this did not detract from our stay.
    The online presence for the property does not do it justice.

    Everything worked as planned and we used this base to go on our adventures
    We were shown around by the owner who explained everything and had great local knowledge..places to visit, eat etc....We were looking for a get away from it all holiday and that's exactly what we managed using Hawthorn cottage as our base
