    Location suited us nicely ,nice seaview room hotel under new management so hopefully will be decorated for when we return in may and staff issues sorted
    Parking is a nightmare ,lift not working again this year , the hotel really needs a lot of attention and decorated , it's an old building so has a lot of character hopefully new Management can get this sorted and the hotel up to date with decor

    Great location, clean, comfortable room and lovely staff.
    The hotel was in a great location for our stay and the family room we had was comfy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner we had during our stay.
    Our room was on the second floor and the lift was tiny and didn't feel very safe. My partner and daughter took the stairs rather than go up in it. The toilet in our room didn't flush properly and on a couple of occasions got blocked.

    Our room was very smart, spacious, warm and well furnished although other areas could do with re-furbishment. Good value
    Warm and comfortable. Our bedroom was very spacious, smart, everything we needed, lots of storage space and warm.
    The lift was broken which was difficult because we were on the second floor and I have arthritis in my knees, but I suppose this is an unfortunate occurrence. Areas of the property were tired and in need of T LC.
