    Comfortable, friendly staff but lacking any food - even chips would have done.
    Easy to find, lovely staff
    There was no food available and after travelling since early morning was very disappointing especially on a weekend, the location meant there was nowhere else to go so not good at all.

    Convenient. Good breakfast. Comfortable. Plenty of parking.
    Rooms and bathroom need updating. Hotel seemed very quiet. Needed a little more Christmas spirit. No Christmas tree in restaurant.

    Its an okay hotel and some of the staff were nice but what we paid for 2 nights is ridiculous compared to what I saw on
    Its clean and just okaymost of the staffs were quite nice and welcoming.
    When we arrived at the hotel, we waited at the reception for almost 10 minutes before we asked one of the staffs that were just walking past us without even saying anything about who will be attending to us. He then went to look for the guy who then attended to us but no apologies what so ever for keeping us waiting.

    Good clean and comfortable stay. Will surely stay again.
    The bed and pillows were good and gave me a good night's sleep over the 22 days I stayed here. The room was spacious and central cooling/heating was good. The dinner menu was excellent and has the best food compared to most of the restaurants around. The staff was friendly and mostly professional, especially the new staff/interns at the reception.
    Breakfast was the same for the 22 days I stayed here. Dinner service would randomly stop some days at 8 pm and other days at 9 pm, so you come down at 9 pm and there is no food service. The restaurants around that are delivered by Uber Eats are below average. No cutlery is provided if you order from outside even when the restaurant is closed. Someone at the reception helped me once with plastic cutlery which was good. Getting a taxi to the Sittingbourne station was hit or miss with taxis not available most times. Though it's only a 20 mins walk or a 5 mins walk to the Bus Stop.

    Staff great, reception area, breakfast, lounge area all good.
    Rust on towel rails, bath very old and marked, pillows old and lumpy. Everything was clean as they could get it.
