Great location and all staff very friendly. We loved the Halloween entertainment within the dining area.

Very noisy and busy at the weekend, felt like too many people. Different entertainment for locals, would have been good to know about this to be able to watch. Local entertainment in the corridor rather than in the other event room, very loud until 11pm. Bed wasnt out/made for my daughter, so we had to find bedding and pull out the sofa ourselves. It would have been good if wed been told there was a Halloween event on, it felt like this was only really for the Spanish, as wed not been aware of this so didnt have any outfits to take part.

Disappointing

Not good if booking directly with the hotel.

Good location

Most of the facilities was not available to us. Needed to book via another tour operator. Seems I have paid extra and not been able to use the hotels full facilities.

Good for people wanting a party. Not so much for families.

Pools were great and water was sufficiently warm. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The buffet was pretty good most days. Better than the average all inclusive hotels. Queues were mostly short.

It's so worn down! Toilet in the room smells of sewer, toilet seat was cracked and it occasionally grabs and pulls some of the hairs from your thighs. The folding couch/bed is horrible and you will get back pain from sleeping there. The doors against the balcony have no rubber strips and are not air tight, so when it's windy you get an extreme noise all night long. Speaking of noise... All the rooms are facing a big internal common area and while the hotel rules claim to require no shouting and being mindful of other people, you will have to live with shouting and screaming every night until around 24:00 or 01:00. The hotel is more focused on partying than the families with children. It was a bit annoying the days when they had a guy assigning you a table at the restaurant. This slowed everything down and only ensured you got a table right in the middle with massive noise. They should just let people sit where they like, which fortunately was the case most days. Generally it's very noisy. The hotel speakers blast music and they have very loud live music as well. The waterslides in the beach club were lacking. There were 2 very small slides for children and the other 2 required you to rent a ring (10/day) and one of them was closed most of the time and very slow and short. The last one was decent but they must have been crammed for space because it was just long and straight out to the side with very few turns.

Amazing for kids

So many activities for kids: pools in multiple areas for both 7 year old and 2 year old, playgrounds, shows, whatever you need. You don't need to ever leave the hotel in a week.

Not what we were expecting

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom large and good showers, the staff pleasant and in the restaurant the salad bar was good.

Overall the property needs some tlc as some of it is a bit tired and in need of attention. In the buffer restaurant the hot food was mostly highly processed and not appealing at all. Fruit juices at breakfast were unnatural coloured and over sweet, the quality of the coffee in the machine wasnt good and again over sweet - no option to exclude sugar. The scrambled egg at breakfast was tasteless and not a natural texture - possibly made from dehydrated / powdered egg. It was also incredibly noisy in the restaurant. The entertainment staff worked hard and there were a lot of activities for children which were great for families but we were looking for a more peaceful stay so found this over noisy and intrusive

Great family hotel with lots to keep everyone entertained.

Very large family orientated hotel with great facilities. You could spend your whole time here and the family would be very content. Loads of choice in the main restaraunt for all inclusive. Great facility across the road for younger and older kids in the various water features. Loads of space inside if the weather isn't great and it never felt too packed around the pool. Good security around the pool at night to keep small children safe.

Like a lot of hotels if you look close enough they lack a bit of maintenance and modernisation, which can take the gloss of your stay. Sofa bed in the family room isn't great.
