Very clean, staff so friendly and couldnt help enough.

No poolside drinks but appreciate it was out of season.

Would return definitely if I knew the food was improved.

Location and very friendly staff

Food was a big let down especially the breakfasts. A 4 star hotel should provide proper bacon not processed.Overall food was warm not hot.This was the main complaint of other guests that we spoke to.

All the staff were brilliant. Eva and Silvie , in reception, were fantastic. The restaurant staff were great, and the manager ran the system to perfection.

Thirsty but pleasant.

Buffet good,service good. Location was good for me. Had dinner on one evening ,water was not included in this you had to pay for water.

As I was on my own I left the do not disturb sign on my door as my room did not need a service. On meeting housekeeping in the hallway on returning from my afternoon walk I asked for some water,I was given one bottle or carton and when I asked if I could have another one I was told no only one.Hotel policy ? I was there for two nights which included dinner on both nights I eat out on one night. Did I ask for a refund ? no. In a hot climate water is a necessary item especially for people of a certain age category and where they come from. For a hotel to appear mean in their water provision policy will not do them any favours long term.
