Superb

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered something for everyone. I was very pleased with my stay.

Convenient to shopping and the interstate if you are spending time in other parts of Knoxville.

I appreciated the overall friendliness of the staff. Common areas, hallways and exterior were cleaned and well maintained.

When we checked into our room, the carpet was wet, and it had a light odor. Both tubs needed to be reglazed. The ice maker was missing a cover and catch container. I was definitely a little disappointed since our 1st stay was so nice. This was not the same. It was late when we arrived, and we needed to leave out early in the morning to finish our drive home, so we made it work and just left earlier.

Lovely hotel in Knoxville!

Vet clean and centrally located. The breakfast was lovely. I didnt use the gym or pool but they looked great! It was nice to have so much space and a small kitchen.

Wish I could have gotten more pillows but that is not a major problem. Everything else was lovely.

Spacious 2 bedroom Suite Was Ok

Location and the professionalism of the staff.

This property had a recent partial renovation but the kitchen and bedroom furniture are still dated which takes away from its beauty overall. It was clean and spacious so that was a plus. Also dog owners failed to pick up their dog poo but theres not much that can be done about that .
