Disappointing

Room was good and food was good

I booked the room in May and requested one room was near the lift's because I have a walking disability, and can only walk about 25 MTs without suffering severe pain in my back and legs (I registered disabled). When we reached the floor from the lift, it became apparent the room was at the end of a very long corridor, possibly 50 MTs or more. It took me a long time to reach the room and was in severe pain when I did I collapsed on the bed in servers pain. I phoned reception to say I requested a room near the lift's, he simply said I don't have any rooms near the lift, I said I had booked the room in may and made a request for a room near the lift's. He simply repeated he has no rooms near the lift's. I asked if he had a wheelchair, he said no. I became concerned how I would get to the canteen. I did but again I was in severe pain. I paid 10 to park my car, a mercedes E Class. The following morning on leaving I was not able to put the windows down, it looked like condensation on the windows, but found it was sap from the bush or tree I was under. The whole car was covered in this sticky sap. It cost me 60 to have the car steam cleaned. I would expect compensation to be paid for both the above instances. If I don't hear from you within a reasonable amount of time I will inform my insurance company to inform there legal department (that I pay a yearly fee for such matters) to take action against the hotel group in question. Location

Very noisy, little sleep had .Missing sweater from hotel room,no help from the reception staff. Implied I lost it elsewhere and I hadn't worn it as the weather was so hot.
