    A Wonderfully Comfortable stay in a Hotel in the heart of Historic Warsaw
    Great Location for access to the city, very clean room, the bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel had an overall wonderful interior design style and finishes. The Breakfast was fantastic and the Hotel Bar was a great place to enjoy a drink at night.
    Lack of toiletries in bathroom, however when requested they were provided. Noise issue with an adjoining room but the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and assisted with finding a new room of the same size.

    Great location, amazing hotel
    A really nice hotel, located in the center of Warsaw. The room was very large and quite new. The bathroom was clean and super nice.
    The room was not soundproof: we could hear everything that was going on in the room next door.

    Bad experience with food ordering in room dining wrong orders each time, attitude from the staff, trying to charge my card at 2am without permission. Unprofessional young staff smirk, rude attitude. Good service in the gin bar compared to the rest of the hotel

    Our room was on the sixth floor and the design of the building meant that we had a window which was only half height from the floor to ceiling. Therefore, the room had reduced light. Not great in December. Would love to stay again when next in Warsaw - but not sixth floor

    Location was great.
    Attention to detail missing. Room not cleaned - had to request this which is not something I expected from the hotel of such level. Missing towels in the bathroom and dressing gowns. Two adult plus kid but towels for two and dressing gown for one. Not a big deal but those details matter. Room nice but not maintained. Toilet roll handle loose, bathroom blind broken, air con not working - room ridiculously warm making it hard to sleep. Advised this at reception but no care or follow up. Breakfast pricey with service very slow. Tea and coffee comes when you finish your actual breakfast. Go to Nobu or Raffles next time. Shamefully disappointing.

    Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. Highly recommend travelers stay here.
    The rooms were amazing. I stayed in a Junior Suite, a Studio Suite, and a Grand Suite. The breakfast was like something I've never seen before for a continental breakfast. It was amazing. Also, the location could not be beat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and my hotel driver was excellent. I even hired him to bring me to Prague for a couple of days!!!
    I didn't really have any complaints, but if I had to nitpick, I would say I didn't like how tall the bathtubs were in my junior suite. I am disabled and fell twice getting in and out of the tub. The front desk was very accommodating and found me a studio suite with a walk in shower which I absolutely loved. Only issue with that is the Studio Suites are more expensive and it would have been nice if Marriot had comped me the price difference, but like I said, I'm just nitpicking. I extended my trip by a few days so that I could go to Prague for a couple of days and my Grand Suite has a tub only, but not nearly as bad as the Junior Suite as there is a lot more room to get in and out of the tub.
