Carpets in the rooms stained with way too much history written on them, felt I cannot put my feet on the ground. Room cleaning not the best too.

Great hotel, will definately stay again.
Everything to be expected from IGH, clean comfortable rooms, really modern fittings well maintained, From reception point of view could have been faster and a gold member rudely cut me off as approaching the counter to check in but staff handled it well. Location excellent - Only issue was parking but as its in center near rail station. pool is excellent and gym facilities as well. Highly recommend. My partner had her concert at the national philharmonia 5 minute walk away so also excellent.

I have been many times at this hotel, my last stay was dissapointing
The size of the room, bed, amazing breakfast and obviously the location
During my check in, i was forced to stay three times in a que to complete my check in properly. The staff at the reception was not polite did not provide accurate information and its overall performance was far from the level one would expect at 5star hotel. Probably due to the New Year season the wellness was awfully crowded.

And in overall its far away from 5start hotel service and rooms will go to another place next time for the same money
The staff was reacting fast to our requests
The restaurant staff tried to screw up with money us on any corner. I had to call almost every single day to get the water and cleaning cause we noticed that our room wasnt not clean several times. The pool is small and its open for non hotel guests as well, so there is always no space in jacuzzi.

Good hotel but room for improvements
Good breakfast, great view from rooms on higher floors, good spa and location.
Awful check in experience with rude staff at reception. Temperature regulation in room did not work which made sleeping challenging.

This hotel will completely try to deceive you. Never order food to your room. because they wanted 2,000 for 3 meals. It is not clear whether they are scammers or the hotel management.

Exceptional
Unforgettable
Extremely comfy beds, large room, exceptional pool and sauna area (at the top of the building, with a view to die for..). Exceptional breakfast.
We chose the Half board option, and the dinner menu options are rather limited; however the quality of the few choices was extremely good.
