    Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The location, rooms beautifully decorated, luxurious and very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
    I would suggest having more restaurants.

    Location near the old town was perfect. So close to everything! You could also open the window a bit to get fresh air in to the room which was great . Bed was comfortable with a good selection of pillows. The hotel itself is beautiful and the Xmas decorations were stunning. Very Insta worthy
    A bit overpriced for the facilities. The food options and bar were also quite expensive. We had some issues with the bathroom shower leaking and smell from the drain in the shower. Our room was close to the elevator and thoroughfare so it was a bit noisy at times

    Fantastic hotel in Warsaw!
    The breakfast was delicious and the different options were extensive. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable! As we were there during the Christmas holidays, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the season.

    You get to feel like a princess for a day. The hotel is gorgeous, located so well beside the old town. Rooms are very comfortable and staff very nice and helpful.

    The design of the hotel is amazing. Room is cozy and super clean. I loved the room service and the breakfast hall was just making me feel like in a nice movie :) I liked the staff service. I liked the coffee machine and the tea selection. The room is clean. very indeed.
