Mr Mozghovskiy was trying to order the room since 26.12.2023 till 27.12.2023 on the name NIKITA (Mykyta Silva ) ,but he didnt received confirmation as for his order ( because in message he was receiving : that we are welcome u in a couple of days in the hotel ) and we make order again and Mr Mozghovskiy was coming according the second order on name Mr Mozghovskiy. He was staying in your hotel and payed by his card . But you took payment twice . Please figure out everything and make a return of funds . Forehand thank u

    The perfect entry into the New Yeat
    Our stay was a little crazy idea on spending New Year's Eve (not participating in the ball organized by the hotel), and it turned out to be the perfect idea. Everything was great - the staff were so nice and so helpful (without being overbearing), the SPA was amazing, the food and drinks beyond this world and the room super comfortable

    superb location. Great service. no complains at all. I can only recommend this place. actually one of the best bar in Warsaw.
    area was closed due to public holiday - Independence Day - I understand, why, but I had to plan my departure more carefully.
