Very good

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, patient and accommodating.

The location was easily accessible to the water bus station which made it easier to travel to and fro. Though there were only 5 guests altogether for breakfast, the service was excellent. The room had a canal view.

I wont come back!

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They do whatever is possible to make your stay comfortable.

The beds are super uncomfortable. The place is significantly outdated. We had to drag our luggage for two sets of stairs.

Ring stolen during our stay

Good location.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone in the hotel stole my ring from the room. We left in a rush and I forgot to put it on, which I realize is my fault. But I knew exactly where I left it and when we got back it was gone. It was my diamond engagement ring, so no real surprise. We told the person at the desk and she said it was probably lost in the sheets. Definitely not. Another staff member, possibly the owner, asked about it when we checked out and said he was sorry for the problem, but there was no real sense that they would speak to the staff or try to determine what had happened. We spoke to the police and made a report, but I dont expect much there either. In any case, I strongly warn against this hotel.
