Superb

A nice family staycation

Best of all are the staff especially Jamaica and Manilyn, they are always there with a smile and with a helping hand. Thank you guys for making our stay feel like home. We had connecting rooms with an excellent view of the lagoon and pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The pool was under maintenance but guests can use the pool on the other resort (same company) just beside the hotel.

In general, the staff and the hotel was fine and we had a good time during our stay.

Location is excellent within Sharjah central area. Close to Cornish and shopping areas. The check out process was smooth and quick.

I asked to have the two rooms I booked for my family to be connected or at least side by side. Ahmad at the front desk didnt make an eye contact, no smile, no welcome sir, no nothing, anyway he mentioned that there isnt available rooms to suit my requirements so I called the supervisor which he also didnt welcome us however suddenly the rooms became available but I had to pay extra for the upgrade as one of the rooms I booked wasnt pool view. The pool was out of service in the last two days of our stay ( Dec 31 and Jan 1, 2024). The breakfast buffet was average but the coffee was awful. Its recommended to invest in a coffee machine to make the guests day start better.
