    Nice, but wil never be back again, because of the trauma we experienced.
    I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The place was cozy and beautiful, and I had a chance to watch a stunning sunset from the balcony of the villa. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
    The security guard who was on duty at night December 24, I understand that he was just doing his job, but his suspicious looks and constant questioning about the number of people in our villa made us feel uncomfortable. We had booked a connecting room for four people, which he seemed unaware of. On Christmas night, he knocked on our door around 11 pm and asked us to keep quiet. It was disappointing as we had paid for a convenient and enjoyable experience, but the behavior of the security guard made us feel scared and uneasy. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

    The resort is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay here. The location, the staff, the beautiful swimming pool with warm water and of course the bungalows. It has peace and quiet of the countryside but located in the city center with all amenities. Definitely recommend this place!

    Such a nice place for a workcation!
    This property is clearly better than some review make it sound! The location a "stone throw" away from the lagune is very nice! The small apartments are well equipped and have a exceptional internet. I have teleworked there and I can recommend this place for "workcation". Every house on the property has one big apartment and one small one. The staff is exceptional fast in addressing any requests and they are very polite and express hospitality. The house keeping team of Ali, Sandeep and Anil let no wishes unanswered and made us feel at home. One can use the facilities of the neighbouring Holiday International Hotel, which has a very nice pool and a very good Sauna. The Pool at Marbella is nice as well. There are a number of shuttle busses going each morning to nearby Al-Khan Beach. The breakfast in Hotel Holiday International was good and the cooks very preparing a variety of egg-dishes with a smile on their face. There a a number of good deals on dining in the property. The management is aware of the condition of the property and renovation works of some parts are ongoing. This property is a good value for money! BUKHARI AL KHALEEJ REST L.L.C BR 3 (about 500m away) is a very cheap restaurant with nice options to dine.

    The apartment has literally no walls. I suppose, the big & small apartment were originally one, cause now it's just a normal door separating the two. One can hear every word in every room of the neighbouring apartment. This is not ok! The property is rather aged / old and you can see the it. The place is frequented by 95 % Russians. If you don't like that, better don't go there.

    Toilet floor slope was not easy water flowing to drain point. The water of the shower was partially flowing towards the door."fortunately -under door there was a marble slab obstructing water from flowing to the room floor.

    I love the location, easy to get to and from the airport, shopping,and attractions. A huge thanks to Anil, Solomon, and Sandeep who kept our room in top class condition and was always on hand if we required anything.
    The kitchen was not very well equipped. Only two plates,two cups. A sauce pan and bowels would not go a miss.
