Superb

As a solo traveler for 2 nights in Lugano, I loved this hotel. Excellent value with a room for single occupancy. Attentive staff, a fine breakfast for good value, central location, and super clean. I would choose this hotel on my next visit.

Excellent solo stay

Hotel was very close to the city center, it was clean, and the staff were very pleasant!! Lugano was amazing and it was made better by having a nice, clean, and honestly very spacious room especially for a solo traveller. Even has an elevator, and views on the north side of the hotel are fantastic!!

We had an excellent stay and found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

(I accidentally confused this hotel with the one where we stayed In Lucerne, so some of my comments on that hotel should have applied here). Both women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant provided gluten-free options for my wife at the buffet breakfast (upon requestthe woman who checked us in said that was necessary because if they just put gluten-free items out on the buffet, everyone ate them and left nothing for the people who needed them)! One other plus was that our room was ready early, giving us immediate access to the room. The location was very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants and there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. We also made use of the laundry service which was very prompt and reasonably pricedunlike most hotel laundry services.
