Passable

Could have been so much better. Bedrooms very tired and clearly never been refurbished.

Rooms very tired and in urgent need of refurbishment. Quite expensive and facilities should be inclusive.

Good base for exploring, but rather soulless

Good location for exploring and some nice places to eat near the hotel.

Reception staff not the friendliest when I was checking in. I didn't get the impression they wanted to be there! Hotel is large and well kept but quite soulless. The 3-night / 5-night dinner package felt too much like a hard sell and put me off dining there.
