    Place is ok if your standards are not high.
    Sea is great. View is very nice.
    1. The rooms are really loud, you will hear every person passing through the corridor. 2. Breakfast is very simple and not a big choice 3. Everything costs additional money. You will have to pay for bathrobe which will be in very bad condition.

    Nice hotel in very good location
    Location was great, perfect for snorkeling. The diving agency in the hotel was great! Breakfast with sea view very nice. Nice restaurants in the surrounding area. Hotel gym was nice as well
    Difficult to get drinks during the day e.g. coffee but we stayed during low season, I guess during summer they will open the beach bar Breakfast was every day the same, after one week little boring but ok

    Absolutely incredible place to stay
    Exceptional views, beautiful rooms, super clean, sea water pools, fantastic spa. Welcoming, friendly, helpful and hard working staff. Amazing food at the Atlantis restaurant and although I didnt use the dive centre I would if I returned for longer.
    Only thing I would change is no free water in the room and no drinks / food at the pool which is really not a massive thing as the entire trip was amazing.

    Unique property but lacks in hospitality
    The property has sooo much potential! Built on the side of the mountain, it offers breathtaking ocean views! The lower pool is unique and beautiful and allows to swim in the ocean when the waves are not too high. The room was spacious, with great view from the balcony and the bathroom was comfortable. The hotel also has a beautiful lounge and restaurant with oceanside sitting.
    Comparing to other hotels we stayed in Madeira, the staff was NOT friendly, DID NOT make us feel welcomed! The check in instructions were rattled off without smile or eye contact, the room did not have complimentary water, but did have stains on the furniture and the bed. Most of the activities were offered at extra charge. The property was advertised as "adults only" but in reality, shares the seaside pool with nearby family hotel. There were many kids in that pool. The breakfast left a lot to be desired! Comparing to fantastic breakfasts we've been treated to at other Madeira resorts, this breakfast was limited in food choices and lacking friendly service.
