    Perfect stay in Venice
    Location is just perfect. It's right nearby Rialto bridge. The hotel has it's own atmosphere. The breakfast is good and coffee is just great! The view from the window is astonishing, to the Grand Canal.

    All in all a memorable stay in Venice.
    The staff were excellent, treating us extremely well. Good central location next to the Rialto Vaporetto stop. Our room had one of the best views in Venice!
    The shower in the room was quite small. Having such a good view next to the Rialto bridge meant there was occasionally a lot of noise during the night.

    A foul smell in the room that made the experience horrible (heart shot every time I came in) Breakfast not really amazing, I don't think it's worth a 4-star rating

    Breakfast and size of room.
    No tea or coffee facilities, getting hasseled outside to eat in the Rialto restaurant yet I was staying in the hotel. Not sure if this is a different proprietor. Everything was just a bit tacky, not aged and classic just tacky. Yes there is a view, if you stretch your neck. All in all very average.
