Very good

Great stay and had fun at Disney!!

The house was nice and had plenty of room and loved the open concept kitchen to living room, great neighborhood to walk and take your dog out for walking and very quiet neighborhood.

Just needs ceiling fans in areas of home just not good air flow without them, and the maintenance on certain things just needs to be kept up with a little better.

I will not recommend staying at this property.

The location was close to Disney which is what I loved.

At the time of my arrival I immediately expressed the issues and dirtiness with the property that I had noticed. I could tell that the cleaning people who were supposed to still be there when I got there early had not come to clean at all. I also noticed things broken so I contacted the host right away. The next day he responded and we messaged back and forth. One of the messages sent to me stated Please remember this is a budget house and an older house. You get the price of the entire house for what Disney world charges one bedroom nightly fee. We will address these issues and appreciate your assistance. But please temper your expectations when youre renting a house at 1/10 of market prices. Thank you. So basically because the house was not 4K to rent I guess they feel it should not be cleaned and things shouldnt be up to par. I could go into great detail as to all the things flawed but it would be a book. Long story short I would rather give Disney Resort 4K which next time I go to Florida I will do so.
