Great Place and Location

There are awesome staff and location, is great and there are so many restaurants and bars in the building. Cool options downstairs with a market where you have healthy choices of food

The neighbours of the adjoining room were super loud early in the morning. It kind of sucked, not the hotel's fault though I would consider staying again.

Centrally located hotel with pool and hot tub

Hotel room was big, clean and had a terrace. Unfortunately, the air quality was bad the two days we stayed so we werent able to use it. Hotel is gigantic. Made for conventions. Pool area was nice and hot tub worked. Plenty of street parking so didnt have to use the hotel garage. Starbucks is just one block away. Beds were comfy. Close to stadium and childrens museum. Plenty of restaurants around.

I think they charge $40 for parking, which is pretty steep, especially since the hotel felt almost empty. No free water (only with hotel chain membership). No bathrobes provided to get to the pool and back.

Very lovely stay, location is great and staff is wonderful.

The staff is very polite and professional. The property is walking distance from chase field and vegan Thai restaurant. We needed a room as early as possible for my fianc who has limited mobility. They made it so easy to checkin early. The city view was amazing. The room is beautiful, has a fridge, coffee/tea, hair dryer, iron/board.

Need more vegan options - the restaurant had 1 dinner option and a breakfast option, a Healthy chia pudding that was vegan and delicious.

Superb

Nice room and everything was very nice ,the only complent are the elevator are so slow had to wait 10 -15 minutes, could find he stairs. We were on the 4th fl. so going down would've been quicker.
