Very poor

Good for kids, but be prepared for the expensive food, slow service and ugly beach area (see photo)

Good range of kids activities, pools and water park. Staff were friendly but seemed rushed off their feet (despite the hotel being nearly empty) Nice clean and modern rooms

The beach is next to a building site - ugly and not relaxing - I felt that we were misled by the images on the website. Despite the restaurants being empty, service was VERY slow and inconsistent. Price at the resort restaurants were extortionate - we ended up preferring to pay for a Taxi and eat in Manama rather than be ripped off by the resort prices. At the weekend, the hotel decided to do maintenance work and building on the beach! Why? this was when more customers were staying there and only contributed to the noise and poor atmosphere.

Waste of money and dirty place.

Nothing to be honest.

The location is not attractive and located between houses. The room and furniture so old and rusty. The room smelled so bad and the towels color is not white anymore - they were more brownish because of the dirt. I dont know how they call it luxury resort - I dont know event consider it as a hotel apartment. I was tricked by the pictures on booking.com and google maps - the marketing team did a great job of showing this hotel as a 5 starts hotel, while in fact was dirty and unpleasant. The reason why I stayed because the money was not refundable or there is no way to spend two nights. I literally tried to spend most of my time outside the hotel and only came for a couple of hours sleep - I even was disgusted of taking showers there! Totally waste of time.
