Overall great but need a deeper clean

Quietness for that night,

Room was not really clean (i mean deep clean ! It looked clean but walls had marks all over the room, fans were full of dust, kettle was smelling burnt)

Convenience for our daughter's place and availability over Christmas.

The cost!!! We paid in excess of $1,500 for four nights in basically just two motel rooms. We didn't even get two chairs per room. For the same number of nights later this month we would be asked to pay $498 for the same accommodation. I do understand over Christmas to be more expensive but an increase of over 200 percent seems excessive to me. The rooms were only serviced each three days and that was a very basic service. I am sure you understand that I felt that this was price gouging and was not happy about it.
