    Very close to the main square.
    We stayed in the last floor and there is no elevator, only a very tiny stairs to get there, the hotel didnt tell us, so it was an inconvenient. However, they helped us with the bags.

    The location was great
    The bathroom fixtures were bad (shower blocked), generally a bit run down. Terrible to get to by car (took ages to get to the central car park). We did not get the email of how to get the key until after we arrived, but then very pleasant lady came to show us the room. expensive for what it was - you pay the location.

    As the city was pedestrianised for Christmas we were met at the entrance to the underground car park and guided in. Our apartment overlooked the square with one of the main markets and from the enormous windows we had a wonderful view, including of the choreographed lights and music on the tree. It was convenient for everything (even with a Monoprix two minutes away to allow us to make use of the kitchen). Virginie was super kind, helping us with our bags and offering suggestions to help our daughter who is hoping to study in Strasbourg. Really a wonderful place to stay for some Strasbourg Christmas magic!

    Gorgeous room at the doorstep of the Christmas Market
    The room was beautifully appointed. It was clean and comfortable and couldn't have been in a better location. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful and I don't think I've ever stayed at a more perfect hotel.
